Tax Leakage definition
Tax Leakage means any Leakage falling within paragraph (f) of the definition of Leakage;
Tax Leakage shall have the meaning set forth in the definition of “Leakage”.

Examples of Tax Leakage in a sentence
For the purposes of this Section 2.2, Tax Leakage will be treated as having been received by the Leakage Recipient that receives any amount in respect of the matter to which that Leakage relates.
For the purposes of this Section 2.2, Leakage that a Seller has (or is treated as having) received or benefited from shall be deemed to include any related Tax Leakage.
More Definitions of Tax Leakage
Tax Leakage means leakage falling within paragraph (i) of the definition of Leakage. Tax Warranty Claim shall be as defined in Schedule 6. Tenant means the Target Group Company which is the tenant of the relevant TG Property as identified in Part 4 of the Target Group Information Pack. TG Leases means leases of the TG Properties the details of which are set out in Part 4 of the Target Group Information Pack and “TG Lease” shall be construed accordingly.
