Tax Jurisdiction definition

Tax Jurisdiction means Iceland or any political subdivision or any authority thereof or therein having power to tax; and
Tax Jurisdiction means the United Kingdom or any political subdivision or any authority thereof or therein having power to tax; and
Tax Jurisdiction means the Republic of Italy or any political subdivision or any authority thereof or therein having power to tax or any other jurisdiction or any political subdivision or any authority thereof or therein having power to tax to which the Issuer becomes subject by reason of its tax residence or a permanent establishment maintained therein in respect of payments made by it of principal and interest on the Notes and Coupons; and

Examples of Tax Jurisdiction in a sentence

  • All payments of principal and interest in respect of the Notes and Coupons by or on behalf of the Issuer or, if applicable, under the Guarantee by the Guarantor, will be made without withholding or deduction for or on account of any present or future taxes or duties of whatever nature imposed or levied by or on behalf of any Tax Jurisdiction unless such withholding or deduction is required by law.

  • All payments in respect of the Notes will be made without deduction for or on account of withholding taxes imposed by any Tax Jurisdiction, subject as provided in Condition 7.


More Definitions of Tax Jurisdiction

Tax Jurisdiction means the British Virgin Islands or any political subdivision or any authority thereof or therein having power to tax (in the case of payments by the Issuer) or Hong Kong or any political subdivision or any authority thereof or therein having power to tax (in the case of payments by the Guarantor); and
Tax Jurisdiction means Switzerland.
Tax Jurisdiction means the Kingdom of Sweden (or any political subdivision or any authority thereof or therein having power to tax) or any other jurisdiction (or any political subdivision or any authority thereof or therein having power to tax) to which payments made by the Issuer of principal and interest on the Notes become generally subject; and

Tax Jurisdiction means any jurisdiction under the laws of which the Issuer or the Guarantor is organised or in which it is resident for tax purposes, or any political subdivision or any authority thereof or therein having power to tax.
