Tax Equity Financing Documents definition

Tax Equity Financing Documents means, collectively, each document set forth under the heading “Tax Equity Financing Documents” on Schedule VI hereto.

  • Debt Financing Documents means the agreements, documents and certificates contemplated by the Debt Financing.
