Tax Credit Equity Investor definition

Tax Credit Equity Investor means a Person who will be a limited partner and will contribute equity to Owner in consideration of the Low Income Housing Tax Credits.
Tax Credit Equity Investor means any Person who will be an investor member in the Developer limited liability company or investor limited partner in the Developer partnership, as the case may be, and who will purchase the Low Income Housing Tax Credits and own not less than a 99% interest in Developer.
