Targeted Sanctions definition
Targeted Sanctions means the business written by the coverholder is limited to either countries with no sanctions, or countries where there are sanctions against specific people or companies (eg. Sudan)
Targeted Sanctions has the meaning set forth in Section 3.9(d).
Targeted Sanctions means Sanctions which are focused on specific Entities which are included on certain Sanctions lists maintained by applicable regulatory bodies.

Since January 1, 2015, Seller and each of the Seller Entities has been in material compliance with all applicable Targeted Sanctions, Territorial Sanctions and the export control laws administered and enforced by BIS or, if applicable, the U.S. Department of State’s Directorate of Defense Trade Controls in connection with conducting the Business.
