Target Stock Plans definition

Target Stock Plans means the existing stock option and other stock- based compensation plans of TARGET.

Target Stock Plans means the existing stock option and other stock-based compensation plans of Target designated as follows: the BancTrust Financial Group, Inc. 2011 Incentive Compensation Plan and the BancTrust Financial Group, Inc. Amended and Restated 2001 Incentive Compensation Plan.

Target Stock Plans means those plans identified on Schedule 5.12(a) pursuant to which the Target may issue options or other rights to acquire shares of Target Common Stock.

Examples of Target Stock Plans in a sentence

• Two adjoining moats of given widths W1 and W2 are bounded by walls of given heights H1, H2, and H3.

• Buyer shall reserve for future issuance a number of shares of Buyer Common Stock at least equal to the number of shares of Buyer Common Stock that will be subject to Converted Stock Options as a result of the actions contemplated by this Section 1.6, plus the number of Available Target Stock Plan Shares in the event that Buyer maintains the Target Stock Plans as contemplated by Section 1.6(e).

• The Target shall take all requisite action so that, at the Effective Time, each share of Target Common Stock subject to vesting, repurchase, or other lapse of restrictions (a "Target Restricted Share") that is outstanding under any Target Stock Plan as of immediately prior to the Effective Time shall, by virtue of the Merger and without any action on the part of the holder thereof, be vested and settled by Target in accordance with the Target Stock Plans.

• Target Options which have not been exercised (or conditionally exercised) prior to the Effective Time will be terminated in accordance with the Target Stock Plans.

Target Stock Plans means the following plans, in each case as amended: Innovus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. 2019 Equity Incentive Plan.

Target Stock Plans mean the Target 1999 Stock Plan, 2007 Long-Term Equity Plan and 2007 Option Exchange Plan stock plans.

Target Stock Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(e) of this Agreement.

Target Stock Plans means the existing stock option and other stock-based compensation plans of Target listed in Section 4.13(a) of the Target Disclosure Memorandum.
