Target Bonus Factor definition

Target Bonus Factor. – means a percentage assigned to each Eligible Employee on the basis of such Eligible Employee’s job level and contribution as determined by the Company in its sole and absolute discretion. Each Eligible Employee’s Target Bonus Factor shall be communicated to such employee no later than April 15, 2019.
