Appendix G sets forth a complete and accurate list of all agreements relating to the licensing, sublicensing or other granting of rights by Bluebird to any Person with respect to the Licensed IP and the Target Antigen, and Bluebird has provided complete and accurate copies of all such agreements to Celgene.
