Target Annual Bonus Award definition

Target Annual Bonus Award means the amount of money determined by multiplying the Executive’s bonus target percentage by the Executive’s then Base Salary. For example, if the Executive’s Base Salary is $100,000.00 and the Executive’s bonus target percentage is 25%, then the Executive’s Target Annual Bonus Award is $25,000.00.

  • Incentive Award means the right to receive a cash payment to the extent Performance Goals are achieved, and shall include “Annual Incentive Awards” as described in Section 10 and “Long-Term Incentive Awards” as described in Section 11.
