Tank drawdown means any material or mixture of materials discharged from a product tank, feed tank, or intermediate tank for the purpose of removing water or other contaminants from the tank.
Utilisation Date means the date of a Utilisation, being the date on which the relevant Loan is to be made.
Utilisation means a utilisation of the Facility.
