Tangible Things means:
Tangible Things means and include writings, photographs, artworks, blueprints, and drawings, models, reproductions, radio and television programs and scripts, recordings, tapes and the like, and computer programs in any form, having application to or usefulness in the current or foreseeable business activities of COMPANY.
