TANF assistance definition

TANF assistance means temporary assistance to needy families in the form of monetary payments or other assistance as defined in 45 CFR 260.31 that a recipient is eligible to receive, as determined by the division, in accordance with the Title IV-A plan.

Examples of TANF assistance in a sentence
