TALON Registry definition

TALON Registry means: (a) FHT’s multi-center registry designed to capture and archive patient outcomes data, as well as all biological material, such as excised plaque using FHT technology, and (b) any and all de-identified patient-related clinical and demographic data corresponding to such biological material, as well as any genetic, and genomic data associated with such collections. TALON Registry is further described in Attachment C.

  • Registered Name refers to a domain name within the domain of the Registry TLD, whether consisting of two or more (e.g., xxxx.xxxxx.xxxx) levels, about which VNDS or an affiliate engaged in providing registry services maintains data in a registry database, arranges for such maintenance, or derives revenue from such maintenance. A name in a registry database may be a Registered Name even though it does not appear in a TLD zone file (e.g., a registered but inactive name).

  • Company Registered IP means all of the Registered IP owned by, under obligation of assignment to, or filed in the name of, the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Debt Security Register has the meaning specified in Section 2.05.

  • Share Register means the register of Holders maintained on behalf of the Trust by the Auction Agent in its capacity as transfer agent and registrar for the APS.

  • Registry means, in relation to each Vessel, the office of the registrar, commissioner or representative of the Flag State, who is duly empowered to register such Vessel, the relevant Owner’s title thereto and the relevant Mortgage under the laws and flag of the Flag State;
