Talent Agent definition

Talent Agent. “Talent Agency” means a company which on behalf of individual Performing Artists, represents, manages and negotiates the terms and conditions of Talent Contracts which will include but is not limited to talent fees, performance dates, routing schedules, travel and lodging accommodations, insurance provisions, marketing requirements, ticket prices, show budgets, Merchandise Rights, use or reproduction of artists intellectual property such as image for all media, box office profit splits.

  • If the Foreign Employer Talent Agent fails to provide a flight out of the United States, the US Visa Agent agrees to cover the cost of a flight and the Foreign Employer Talent Agent shall reimburse the US Visa Agent for the flight.

  • Manager shall at all times conduct itself as a fiduciary to the Artist, including in its dealings with the Artist’s Talent Agent, potential employers, and other industry professionals.
