Take-Over-Point definition
Take-Over-Point means the area where the Products shall be inspected and accepted by both ArcelorMittal and the Contractor, where after the Products shall be placed onto the Contractor’s mode of transport by an overhead crane and/or forklift or other equipment used for loading purposes;
Take-Over-Point means the physical connection of the Storage Facility to the gas transmission grid of the Network Operator as further specified in the Technical Specifications in Annex I to these GTCSS at which Natural Gas can be withdrawn from the gas transmission network for the purpose of storage (exit point); see also definition of “Return Point”.
