Tailor-made software means customised software that has been developed from scratch at the request of the bank/insurance to the bank's/insurance's specifications, and not added to existing software.
Tailor-made software means such computer software that has been provided by “Spherical” specifically for use by one customer.

  • Oracle Software means any software agent, application or tool that Oracle makes available to You for download specifically for purposes of facilitating Your access to, operation of, and/or use with, the Services.
