  • Risk of loss or damage shall pass from TAEC to Customer upon delivery of the Products to the common carrier for shipment to Customer; title to all Products released hereunder shall pass to Customer upon full payment by Customer therefor.

  • If TAEC receives notice of rejection within that thirty (30) days, then TAEC shall, at its option, repair or replace the defective Products or credit Customer’s account, if TAEC has breached its warranty under Article 18.
