Examples of TAC Certificates in a sentence
As used above, the "TAC Principal Amount" for any Distribution Date and each Class of TAC Certificates means the amount, if any, that would reduce the Principal Balance of such Class to the percentage of its Original Principal Balance shown in the related table set forth below with respect to such Distribution Date.
