TA Franchise Agreement definition

TA Franchise Agreement means a franchise agreement and, if applicable, any network lease agreement associated with such franchise agreement, between TCA, or one of its Affiliated Persons, as franchisor, and a Person who is not an Affiliated Person of TCA, as franchisee, for the operation of a Travel Center or other hospitality, fuel and/or service facility by such Person.
