TA Associates means TA Associates, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

TA Associates means any venture capital or other fund or entity for which TA Associates, Inc., a Delaware corporation and/or one or more general partners of TA Associates, Inc. directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries serves as general partner, manager or in a like capacity.
