Systems and Facilities definition

Systems and Facilities means those natural and man-made channels, swales, ditches, gulches, rivers, streams, creeks, branches, reservoirs, ponds, drainageways, inlets, catch basins, pipes, head walls, storm sewers, culverts, siphons, lakes, and any other physical works, properties, and improvements which transfer, control, regulate, convey, or otherwise influence the collection, concentration, and movement of stormwater runoff and surface waters.
Systems and Facilities mean pipes, utilities, water, sewage, gas, electric, power, midstream and communication lines and systems, roads, air shafts, boreholes, compressor stations and all other aerial, surface and/or underground lines, structures, improvements, systems and facilities and related conduits, pumps, pads, transformers, wires, switches, anchors, guys, cross-arms, cables, poles, equipment and fixtures, necessary or useful in any Grantor Operations.

Related to Systems and Facilities

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • associated facilities means all associated track structures, over and under track structures, supports (including supports for equipment or items associated with the use of the Network), tunnels, bridges, train control systems, signalling systems, communication systems and associated plant, machinery and equipment from time to time but only to the extent that such assets are related to or connected with the Network but does not include any sidings or yards;

  • Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".
