System Usage Fee definition

System Usage Fee means the total of the PB Fees, subject to the Minimum Commitment set forth in Section 6.2 of the Work Order, paid each month for Customer to access and use the Systems.

Examples of System Usage Fee in a sentence

  • The System Usage Fee set forth in Section 6.2 above are subject to the Customer having a minimum number of committed RPBs per Contract Year (the “Minimum Commitment”).

  • The System Usage Fee paid by Customer shall be subject to the Minimum Commitment as set forth in Section 6.4 below.

  • Guarantor jointly and severally guarantees the payment of the System Usage Fee by Authorized User.

  • In in response to inflation, change in taxes, or any rule, regulation or other action from government increases costs beyond five (5) cents per year, this will trigger a renegotiation of the System Usage Fee.

  • The frequency, amount and terms of the System Usage Fee shall be established and reestablished by RSC from time to time and if established at the time of execution of this Agreement will be set forth on Exhibit A.
