System Stabilization Period definition

System Stabilization Period means the seventy-two (72) hour period following each of i) first Production Use of the Phase 1 System or any Optional Phase System and ii) implementation of a Major System Change.
System Stabilization Period means the thirty (30) calendar days following the Production Go-Live Date when the first module for an application (e.g., PeopleSoft Financials or Human Capital Management) is in production use by the Client or after a major system change (Application Upgrade, PeopleTools Upgrade, hardware upgrade, rolling out additional functionality, rolling out significant integrations to ancillary applications, etc.).

  • The parties will set priorities for Level 4 Defects remaining at the end of the System Stabilization Period, and Contractor shall correct such Defects during one or more a maintenance release(s) to be delivered on a mutually agreed upon schedule.

  • Agency will provide Tier 1 Support beginning at the completion of the MVP release System Stabilization Period.

  • When a Level 3 Defect is identified, the System Stabilization Period will pause, will recommence upon Agency’s Acceptance of the correction of the Defect, including any required Acceptance Tests, and will end, absent the discovery of any additional Defects, on the date that is the later of (i) fourteen Calendar Days following Agency’s Acceptance of the correction of the Level 3 Defect, or (ii) the expiration of the System Stabilization Period.

  • For purposes of this Section, “Post-Implementation Warranty Period” means the period that begins on the date of the completion of the Phase 2 System Stabilization Period and ends on the date that is the earliest of (i) 12 months from that date, or (ii) 6 months from that date if the System has experienced no errors that are Criticality 1 or Criticality 2 (as defined in Schedule 2 to this Transaction Document) during that 6 month period.

  • Contractor shall provide Pre-Implementation Support Services to Agency and Counties during UAT, Mock Elections, and through the period that ends on the completion of the System Stabilization Period for the MVP release.

Related to System Stabilization Period

  • Commissioning Period means, with respect to each Subproject, the period commencing upon the first delivery of Feed Gas to the Subproject in accordance with Sections 4.8 and 11.1 of the Agreement continuing through achievement of RFSU, commissioning, Start Up, Performance Testing and achievement of Substantial Completion for such Subproject.

  • Ramp Period The Ramp Period shall begin on the Effective Date and continue for a period of 3 months following the Effective Date. Commencing with the Effective Date and at all times during the Ramp Period thereafter, Customer will receive the rates, discounts, charges and credits set forth herein and will not be subject to the AVC. Annual Volume Commitment (“AVC”): $360,000 in Total Service Charges (“AVC”) during each contract year of the Term (following the expiration of the Ramp Period).

  • Operation Period means the period commencing from COD and ending on the Transfer Date;

  • Initial compliance period means the first full three-year compliance period which begins at least 18 months after promulgation, except for the following contaminants: Dichloromethane; 1,2,4-Trichlorobenzene; 1,1,2- Trichloroethane; Benzo[a]pyrene; Dalapon; Di(2-ethylhexyl adipate; Di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate; Dinoseb; Diquat; Endothall; Endrin; Glyphosate; Hexachlorobenzene; Hexachlorocyclopentadiene; Oxamyl (Vydate); Picloram; Simazine; 2,3,7,8-TCDD (Dioxin); Antimony; Beryllium; Cyanide; Nickel; and Thallium, initial compliance period means the first full three-year compliance period after promulgation for systems with 150 or more service connections (January 1993 -December 1995) and first full three-year compliance period after the effective date of regulation (January 1996 - December 1998) for systems having fewer than 150 service connections.

  • Commissioning Date means that date when construction of the contemplated Project is complete, and the Maintenance Term commences;

  • Distribution Compliance Period with respect to any Note, means the period of 40 consecutive days beginning on and including the later of (a) the day on which such Note is first offered to persons other than distributors (as defined in Regulation S) in reliance on Regulation S, notice of which day shall be promptly given by the Company to the Trustee, and (b) the date of issuance with respect to such Note or any predecessor of such Note.

  • Recovery Period means the three completed fiscal years immediately preceding the date that the Company is required to prepare the accounting restatement described in this Policy, all as determined pursuant to Rule 10D-1, and any transition period of less than nine months that is within or immediately following such three fiscal years.

  • Continuous parameter monitoring system (CPMS means all of the equipment necessary to meet the data acquisition and availability requirements of the Prevention of Significant Deterioration program, to monitor process and control device operational parameters (for example, control device secondary voltages and electric currents) and other information (for example, gas flow rate, O2 or CO2 concentrations), and to record average operational parameter value(s) on a continuous basis.

  • Ramp-Up Period means the period from and including the Effective Date to, but excluding, September 23, 2016.

  • Program Period means the period of time which the department intends to support the program without requiring the recompetition for funds. The program period is specified within the grant application.

  • Start-up Period means up to 7 Academy Financial Years and covers the period up to and including the first Academy Financial Year in which all age groups are present at the Academy (that is, all the pupil cohorts relevant to the age range of the Academy will have some pupils present).

  • Commissioning test means tests applied to the Generating Facility, after completion of the construction of the Generating Facility, in order to verify that the Generating Facility may be released for Operation.
