System of Registration definition

System of Registration and its variants means a plan that provides:

System of Registration means the system of registration for the City’s bonds and other obligations set forth in Ordinance No. 3925 of the City.

• The Book Entry Notes will be registered by Interbolsa as management entity of the Portuguese Centralised System of Registration of Securities (Central de Valores Mobiliários) (“CVM”).
