Synthetic cannabinoids means any material, compound, mixture, or preparation containing any detectable quantity of synthetically produced cannabinoids, their salts, isomers and salts of isomer, unless specifically excepted elsewhere in this section. Since nomenclature o these synthetically produced cannabinoids are not internationally standardized and may continually evolve, these structures or compounds of these structures shall be included under this subsection, regardless of their specific numerical designation of atomic positions covered, so long as it can be determined through some form of scientific testing or analysis that the substance contains properties that fit within one or more of the following categories:
Synthetic cannabinoids means vegetable matter treated with a detectable quantity of a chemical compound designed or produced to simulate the effects of tetrahydrocannabinol in humans, including but not limited to:
Synthetic cannabinoids means and refer to those certain compounds or substances (also commonly known or referred to in general as "Spice" or "K2") that mimic, emulate or simulate the effects of marijuana or the active ingredient in marijuana (Tetrahydrocannabinol) that are specifically listed and identified as Schedule 1controlled substances under O.C.G.A. §§ 16-13-25(3) and 16-13-25(12), any amendments thereto, or any other Code Section of the Official Code of Georgia.

  • Therapeutic Equivalent means that a Covered Drug can be expected to produce essentially the same therapeutic outcome and toxicity.

  • Biological Samples means any physical samples obtained from Study Participants in accordance with the Protocol for the purposes of the Study.
