Syncrude means, collectively, the Syncrude Joint Venture and the Syncrude Project;
Syncrude or the "Syncrude Project" means the joint venture that was formed for the recovery of oil sands, crude bitumen or products derived therefrom from the Athabasca oil sands, located near Fort McMurray, Alberta;

Syncrude means those hydrocarbons, having a chemical composition substantially consisting of molecules with five or more carbon atoms each, produced using Licensor Technology in the practice of the Conversion Process at a Licensed Plant.

  • Gas Transporter means the licensed operator of the transportation network through which gas is transported to you;
