Synchronize definition

Synchronize means to cause things to agree in time or make things happen at the same time and speed.
Synchronize means the condition where an incoming generating unit or system is connected to another system so that the voltage, frequencies and phase relationships of that generating unit or system, as the case may be, and the system to which it is connected are identical and the terms “synchronize” and “synchronization” shall be construed accordingly.
Synchronize means to couple and/or synchronize, arrange, record, re- record, transcribe, modify or edit the Licensed Material solely in timed relation with the intended use(s) specified herein.

  • Client Content means any content, materials, data and information, including Personal Information that Client or its Authorized Users enter into the SaaS Services or is otherwise uploaded by or on behalf of Client to the SaaS Services. Client Content shall not include any component of the SaaS Services or material or data provided by or on behalf of Accenture or its licensors.
