SWSP definition

SWSP means the Southern Water Supply Project Pipeline which is owned, operated, and maintained by NCWCD’s SWSP Enterprise, whose capacity has been allocated to SWSP participants pursuant to Allotment Contracts. The SWSP is capable of delivering water from NCWCD’s system to the City and Tri-State at a point of delivery near the City Enterprise’s Water Treatment Plant, as shown on the General Locations Map attached as Exhibit 8.
SWSP means a substitute water supply plan under C.R.S. §37-92-308 or successor statutes.

Examples of SWSP in a sentence

  • The Parties agree to coordinate with NCWCD regarding design, construction, operation, maintenance or replacement of any interconnections to the SWSP.

  • Each Party agrees that the other Party may use the first Party’s Unused SWSP Capacity with advance notice to the first Party in writing.

  • The SWSP Enterprise agrees to undertake the Work, at the expense of Participant and other similar participants, under and pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • In West Sussex it was agreed that these would be commissioned by the Safer West Sussex Community Safety Partnership (SWSP) on behalf of the local CSPs. The DHR process has been developed and enhanced since its introduction including the implementation of updated statutory guidance in 2016 from the Home Office.

  • The Standard Hazard Insurance Policy shall be written by an insurance company qualified to do business in the state in which the Mortgaged Property is located and acceptable to Purchaser.

  • Taking into account any planned outages of the SWSP, the Parties agree to schedule any maintenance activities that could interfere with either party’s ability to take delivery of water from the Terminal Storage Reservoir, so as to minimize the impact to their respective operations.

  • Similarly, it is contemplated that the City Enterprise will have independent control over the valves and pumps necessary to deliver its water from the SWSP into the Terminal Storage Reservoir, and from the Outlet Control Facility to the City Enterprise’s Water Treatment Plant and shall have the right to such control.

  • For all purposes, including billing and cost allocations, the Parties agree that the use of the terms Additional Capacity and Original Capacity in the 2001 Allotment Contract shall be combined and treated in an identical manner, and all references thereto shall mean the SWSP I Allottees’ total pro rata share of the capacity in the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Lake Outlet Works Modification and pipeline.
