SWSC definition

SWSC has the meaning assigned such term in the introductory paragraph hereto.
SWSC means Split Water and Sewerage Company established by the Guarantor’s cities of Split, Kastela, Solin, Trogir, Muc, Xxxx, Xxxxxx, Solta, Podstrana, Seget and Kastelanska Zagora pursuant to an agreement among such cities, entered into on March 2, 1998, or any successor thereto;
SWSC means Swaziland Water Services Corporation, established pursuant to the Water Services Corporation Act, No. 12 of 1992;

  • FCAA means the Federal Clean Air Act, as amended.

  • LHSIA means the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006, and the regulations made under it, as it and they may be amended from time to time;

  • Corporate Services Agreement means the corporate services agreement dated on or about the Closing Date between the Issuer and the Corporate Services Provider, together with any agreement for the time being in force amending or supplementing such agreement.

  • EPFO means Employees' Provident Fund Organization

  • Acquisition Corp. shall have the meaning given to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • renewable energy sources means renewable sources such as small hydro, wind, solar including its integration with combined cycle, biomass, bio fuel cogeneration, urban or municipal waste and other such sources as approved by the MNRE;

  • DTMB means the Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget. “Effective Date” has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • CMBI means Chase Manhattan Bank International, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Bank, located in Moscow, Russia, and any nominee companies appointed by it.

  • NRRI means National Rice Research Institute, Cuttack – 753006 (Odisha)

  • CAISO Global Resource ID means the number or name assigned by the CAISO to the CAISO- Approved Meter.

  • SBD means Standard Bidding Documents.

  • Renewable Energy Source means an energy source that is not fossil carbon-based, non- renewable or radioactive, and may include solar, wind, biomass, geothermal, landfill gas, or wave, tidal and thermal ocean technologies, and includes a Certified Renewable Energy Source.

  • SAHRC means the South African Human Rights Commission.
