Sworn Invoice definition

Sworn Invoice means an invoice prepared by a CMRS service provider's vendor that describes the goods or services and identifies the costs that the CMRS service provider submits for cost recovery pursuant to an approved cost recovery plan, and that is accompanied by an affidavit that complies with a form provided by the Board.
