SWM User Fee definition
SWM User Fee means a fee imposed by the Gram Panchayat on the Waste Generator to cover the whole or part of the cost of providing Solid Waste collection, transportation, processing and disposal services by the Gram Panchayat and/or the Agency in accordance with these Bye-laws.
SWM User Fee means a fee imposed by the Local Body on the Waste Generator to cover full or part cost of providing Solid Waste collection, transportation, and processing and disposal services in accordance with these Byelaws.
