Switch Network definition

Switch Network means the telecommunications/data communications network and network components owned, operated and controlled by Switch within the Premises. The Switch Network does not include any Customer Equipment or any networks or network equipment not operated and controlled by Switch.

  • TELECOM SWITCH DEFINED.—In this section, the term ‘‘telecom switch’’ means hardware or software designed to send and receive voice, data, or video signals across a network that provides customer voice, data, or video equipment access to the Defense Switch Network or public switched telecommunications networks.

A Network Customer may elect to designate less than its total load as Network Load but may not designate only part of the load at a discrete Point of Delivery.
