Swiss Tax Deduction definition

Swiss Tax Deduction means a deduction or withholding for or on account of Swiss Withholding Tax from a payment under this Agreement.
Swiss Tax Deduction means a deduction or withholding for or on account of Swiss Withholding Tax from a payment under this Agreement. “Swiss Withholding Tax” means the Taxes levied pursuant to the Swiss Withholding Tax Act.
