Swing Loan Bank definition

Swing Loan Bank means Citibank, in its individual capacity or, in the event Citibank is not the Administrative Agent, the Administrative Agent (or any Affiliate of the Administrative Agent designated by the Administrative Agent), in its individual capacity.

Swing Loan Bank means CUSA or such other Lender who shall also be the Agent or who, with the agreement of the Agent, shall agree to act hereunder as Swing Loan Bank.

Swing Loan Bank and "Agent" include their respective successors and the term "Lender" includes each assignee of such Lender who becomes a party hereto pursuant to Section 10.7.

• Within the limits of the Swing Loan Commitments, the Commitment of each Lender that is a Swing Loan Bank and the aggregate Commitments as aforesaid, each Borrower may borrow under this Section 2.03, repay pursuant to Section 2.07 or prepay pursuant to Section 2.10 and reborrow under this Section 2.03.

Swing Loan Bank means Fleet, in its capacity as the Swing Loan Bank under the swing loan facility described in Section 2.01 (b).

Swing Loan Bank means National City Bank or such other Lenders as shall, with the consent of each Swing Loan Bank, the Administrative Agent and the Borrower, have assumed all or any portion of the obligations of a Swing Loan Bank to make Swing Loans.

Swing Loan Bank means each of Citibank, The Bank of New York, --------------- Deutsche Bank AG, New York Branch/Cayman Island Branch, The First National Bank of Chicago and First Union National Bank or, as to any Swing Loan Bank, such other Lender as shall, with the consent of such Swing Loan Bank, the Administrative Agent and the Company, have assumed the obligations of such Swing Loan Bank with respect to any or all of such Swing Loan Bank's Swing Loans (and its ability to make Swing Loans) hereunder.
