Swiftnet means Swiftnet SOC Limited, Registration no: 1994/009541/30, a wholly owned subsidiary of Telkom SA SOC Limited, with registered offices at the Hub, Telkom Office Park, 61 Oak Avenue, Highveld, Technopark;
Swiftnet means Swiftnet Limited (registered No. 02469394) whose registered office is at Britannia House 9▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (a subsidiary of the Purchaser) means any form of taxation, duty, impost, levy, tariff of any nature whatsoever whether of the United Kingdom, the United States or elsewhere whether or not any such taxation, duty, impost, levy or tariff arises in respect of actual deemed gross or net income profits, gains, value, receipt, payment, distribution, sale, purchase, disposal, use occupation, franchise, value added property or right and includes, without limitation, any withholding amount subject to PAYE or other amount of or in respect of any of the foregoing payable by virtue of any Tax Statute and any penalty, charge, surcharge, fine or interest payable in connection with any such taxation, duty, impost, levy or tariff; means the Taxation of Chargeable Gains A▇▇ ▇▇▇▇; means the Income and Corporation Taxes A▇▇ ▇▇▇▇; means the HMRC and any other governmental, state, federal, principal, local government or municipal body or official whether of the United Kingdom, the United States or elsewhere in the world competent to impose, administer or collect Tax;

  • Swiftnet shall exercise this option by giving 30 days written notice to Bosmat.

  • Bosmat agrees to comply with all of the rules and regulations of Swiftnet.

  • Bosmat agrees that Bosmat will not at any time or in any manner, either directly or indirectly, divulge, disclose, or communicate any Information to any third party without the prior written consent of Swiftnet.
