Swedish Borrower Sublimit definition

Swedish Borrower Sublimit means an amount equal to the lesser of the Revolving Commitment Amount and the Dollar Equivalent Amount of $100,000,000. The Swedish Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Revolving Commitment Amount. Swedish Krona means the lawful currency of Sweden.
Swedish Borrower Sublimit means $50,000,000.
Swedish Borrower Sublimit means an amount equal to Twenty Million Dollars ($20,000,000) (determined in an equivalent amount in Dollars for each Loan denominated in Alternative Currency).

  • Revolving Facility Usage means at any time the sum of the outstanding Revolving Credit Loans, the outstanding Swing Loans, and the Letter of Credit Obligations.

  • Revolving Dollar Credit Exposure means, with respect to any Lender at any time, the sum of the outstanding principal amount of such Lender’s Syndicated Loans, and its LC Exposure and Swingline Exposure, at such time made or incurred under the Dollar Commitments.

  • Revolving Credit Availability Period means the period from and including the Effective Date to but excluding the earlier of the Revolving Credit Commitment Termination Date and the date of termination of the Revolving Credit Commitments.

  • Foreign Borrowers means the Canadian Borrower, the Dutch Borrower, and the U.K. Borrowers.

  • Canadian Swingline Lender means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Toronto Branch, in its capacity as lender of Canadian Swingline Loans hereunder.

  • Revolver Usage means, as of any date of determination, the sum of (a) the amount of outstanding Advances, plus (b) the amount of the Letter of Credit Usage.
