SVO procedures manual means the “Purposes and Procedures of the Securities Valuation Office”, as amended, or any successor publication.
Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;
Diagnostic clinical procedures manual means a collection of written procedures that describes each method (and other instructions and precautions) by which the licensee performs diagnostic clinical procedures; where each diagnostic clinical procedure has been approved by the authorized user and includes the radiopharmaceutical, dosage, and route of administration.
Procurement Manual means the Procurement Manual under the Standard Operating Procedures prepared by the Borrower and endorsed by ADB, which sets forth procurement-related policies and procedures for externally-financed projects and programs;
Policies and Procedures means the written policies and procedures of the Client in any way related to the Services, including any such policies and procedures contained in the Organic Documents and the Offering Documents.
Operational Manual means the manual referred to in Section 3.03 of this Agreement;
User Manual means the user guide, Help guide, and other documentation provided with the software, updated agreements provided on the website of Quick Heal (xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx), explanatory or other materials as provided from time to time by Quick Heal.
Procurement Guidelines means the “Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and XXX Credits” published by the Bank in May 2004 and revised in October, 2006.
Operating Manual means the document that contains the procedures and forms for the operation of bungee jumping equipment and activity at a site.
customs procedures means the treatment applied by the customs administration of each Party to goods which are subject to customs control.
Staff Vetting Procedures means vetting procedures that accord with good industry practice or, where requested by the Customer, the Customer’s procedures for the vetting of personnel as provided to the Supplier from time to time;
Design Manual means the MOHLTC design manual or manuals in effect and applicable to the development, upgrade, retrofit, renovation or redevelopment of the Home or Beds subject to this Agreement.
FCA Handbook means the FCA Handbook of Rules and Guidance as amended from time to time.
Design Guidelines means the Fernkloof Estate architectural design guidelines to control all aspects of design and landscaping of any development within the Fernkloof Estate dev elopment, as amended from time to t ime in terms of the constitution of the MPOA or as required by the Council , a copy of the current draft which i s av ailable for inspection at the offices of the Association;
service delivery and budget implementation plan means a detailed plan approved by the executive mayor of a municipality in terms of section 53(l)(c)(ii) of the MFMA for implementing the municipality's delivery of municipal services and its annual budget, and which must indicate
Dispute Resolution Procedures means the procedures outlined in Annexure A of the MSA Determination.
Operations Manual means a manual containing procedures, instructions and guidance for use by operational personnel in the execution of their duties;
Bidding Procedures means the bidding procedures approved by the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to the Bidding Procedures Order.
