Sutton Brook Disposal Area Superfund Site Special Account definition

Sutton Brook Disposal Area Superfund Site Special Account means the special account, within the EPA Hazardous Substances Superfund, established for the Site by EPA pursuant to Section 122(b)(3) of CERCLA, 42 U.S.C. § 9622(b)(3), and the Administrative Order by Consent For Remedial Investigation and Feasibility Study for the Sutton Brook Disposal Area Superfund Site, EPA Docket No. CERCLA 01-2004-0002.
