Sutro Property definition

Sutro Property means the real property that is the subject of the Mineral Exploration and Mining Lease Agreement dated January 1, 2008 between Sutro Tunnel Company and John V. Winfield as more fully dexxxxxxx xx xxx xease attached hereto as Exhibit B.
