Sustainability Targets definition

Sustainability Targets means specified key performance indicators with respect to certain environmental, social and governance targets of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries.
Sustainability Targets has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 1.09(d).
Sustainability Targets means the Applicable Sustainability Adjustment, Baseline Sustainability Amount, Sustainability Amount and component or substitute and related definitions, terms and conditions, and/or the inclusion of additional key performance metrics (which may be based on social, diversity, equity and inclusion, governance or other metrics not based on carbon emissions), to be applied from and after the consummation of the Acquisitions.
