Suspension of Sale of Shares. Transfer Agent or its agent shall not be required to issue any Shares of a Fund where it has received a Written Instruction from the Fund or official notice from any appropriate authority that the sale of the Shares of the Fund has been suspended or discontinued. The existence of such Written Instructions or such official notice shall be conclusive evidence of the right of Transfer Agent or its agent to rely on such Written Instructions or official notice.
