Suspended Time definition

Suspended Time means the duration in time between Reschedule Indicated (RI) notification and the Rescheduled Request (RR) notification measured hour and minutes – weekends and excluding public holidays.
Suspended Time where the clock is stopped or suspended when the progression of the resolution of an Incident is outside the control of MetroFibre, for example where MetroFibre does not have all the relevant information or MetroFibre cannot access the Customer Premises for any reason, etc; “Ticket” a file usually contained within an Incident management system which contains information regarding an Incident or customer information/service request and the support interventions made by the technical support staff in order to resolve the Incident or Customer request. The Ticket will contain a reference number that will be provided to the Customer; and “UNI” the physical interface or port that is the demarcation between the Customer and MetroFibre.

Related to Suspended Time

  • Specified Time means a time determined in accordance with Schedule 10 (Timetables).

  • Suspended Lines means subscriber lines that have been temporarily disconnected.

  • Lookback Period means the three completed fiscal years immediately preceding the Accounting Restatement Date, as well as any transition period (resulting from a change in the Company’s fiscal year) within or immediately following those three completed fiscal years (except that a transition period of at least nine months shall count as a completed fiscal year). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Lookback Period shall not include fiscal years completed prior to the Effective Date.

  • Suspended Solids means solids that either float on the surface of, or are in suspension in water, sewage, or other liquids, and which are removable by laboratory filtering.

  • Suspended means certificate status due to an insufficient number of CE Hours being submitted prior to the expiration of a certificate. While in this state, a certificate holder can not perform any task that requires an operator to be NERC-certified.
