Surviving Intercompany Arrangements definition

Surviving Intercompany Arrangements means the Generation Facility Contracts listed or described under the heading "Surviving Intercompany Arrangements" on Part I of Schedule 4.9.
Surviving Intercompany Arrangements means the Purchased Project Contracts listed or described in Part II of Schedule 2.1(e), if any.

  • Surviving Business Entity has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 14.2(b).

  • Subsidiary Financing Agreement means the agreement to be entered into between the Borrower and PPWSA pursuant to Section 3.02 of this Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time, and such term includes all schedules to the Subsidiary Financing Agreement.

  • Surviving Obligations means any obligations of Tenant under this Lease, actual or contingent, which arise on or prior to the expiration or prior termination of this Lease or which survive such expiration or termination by their own terms.
