Surrender Forms definition

Surrender Forms means, collectively, a letter of transmittal in a form reasonably acceptable to the Sellers’ Representative, a Form W-8 or W-9, as applicable, and a Joinder Agreement.
Surrender Forms means the Company Common Stock Surrender Forms, the Company Option Surrender Forms and/or the Company Warrant Surrender Forms, as the context requires.
Surrender Forms means a Form W-8 or W-9, as applicable, and the Letter of Transmittal in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.
