Surface Reconnaissance and Exploration definition

Surface Reconnaissance and Exploration means all Appraisal studies based solely on activities undertaken on the surface of the land or the ocean to assess the possible existence of Hydrocarbons in the Contract Area, including works for the acquisition, as well as the processing, reprocessing or interpretation of information.

  • Virginia Stormwater Management Act means Article 2.3 (§ 62.1-44.15:24 et seq.) of Chapter 3.1 of Title 62.1 of the Code of Virginia.

  • Transportation Company means any organization which provides its own or its leased vehicles for transportation or which provides freight forwarding or air express services.

  • Stormwater management planning agency means a public body authorized by legislation to prepare stormwater management plans.

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Ecology means the Washington state department of ecology.
