Supported Trading Instruments definition

Supported Trading Instruments when used in this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires, shall mean the Trading Instruments for which we provide quotations via the Online Trading Facility, i.e., contracts for differences in relation to any commodity, metal, stock, bond, currency, index or any combination thereof, as well as and/or any other derivative Trading Instrument on which we both agree, in this Agreement, or otherwise “in the terms agreed upon by mutual consent of the Parties”; we reserve the right to modify the Supported Trading Instruments quoted through our Online Trading Facility at any time without prior notice, without being obliged to provide you with any explanation or justification;

  • Underlying Instruments The loan agreement, credit agreement, indenture or other agreement pursuant to which a Loan or Permitted Investment has been issued or created and each other agreement that governs the terms of or secures the obligations represented by such Loan or Permitted Investment or of which the holders of such Loan or Permitted Investment are the beneficiaries.

  • Voting Instructions means the instructions for voting on the Plan contained in the section of the Disclosure Statement entitled "SOLICITATION; VOTING PROCEDURES" and in the Ballots and the Master Ballots.

  • Operating Instructions means the operating procedures, steps, and instructions for the operation of the Interconnection Facilities established from time to time by the Coordination Committee or the PJM and NYISO individual procedures and processes and includes changes from time to time by the Coordination Committee to such established procedures, steps and instructions exclusive of the individual procedures.

  • Loss Absorbing Instrument means, at any time, any Additional Tier 1 Capital instrument (other than the Notes) issued directly or indirectly by the Issuer which contains provisions pursuant to which all or part of its principal amount may be written-down (whether on a permanent or temporary basis) or may otherwise absorb losses (in each case in accordance with its terms) on the occurrence, or as a result, of a trigger event set by reference to the Group CET1 Ratio;

  • organised trading facility or ‘OTF’ means a multilateral system which is not a regulated market or an MTF and in which multiple third-party buying and selling interests in bonds, structured finance products, emission allowances or derivatives are able to interact in the system in a way that results in a contract in accordance with Title II of this Directive;

  • Generating Market Buyer means an Internal Market Buyer that is a Load Serving Entity that owns or has contractual rights to the output of generation resources capable of serving the Market Buyer’s load in the PJM Region, or of selling energy or related services in the PJM Interchange Energy Market or elsewhere. Generation Capacity Resource:

  • Trading Compliance Policy means the written policy of the Company pertaining to the purchase, sale, transfer or other disposition of the Company’s equity securities by Directors, Officers, Employees or other service providers who may possess material, nonpublic information regarding the Company or its securities.

  • Governing Instruments means, with regard to any entity, the articles of incorporation and bylaws in the case of a corporation, certificate of limited partnership (if applicable) and the partnership agreement in the case of a general or limited partnership, the articles of formation and the operating agreement in the case of a limited liability company, the trust instrument in the case of a trust, or similar governing documents, in each case as amended from time to time.

  • Trading Cushion means the mandatory fifteen (15) Trading Days between Put Dates.

  • Closing Instrument means the closing instrument of the Trust, pursuant to which the Indenture is entered into, and certain other documents are executed, in connection with the issuance of the Notes by the Trust.

  • Underlying Instrument means the loan agreement, credit agreement or other customary agreement pursuant to which a Collateral Obligation has been created or issued and each other agreement that governs the terms of or secures the obligations represented by such Collateral Obligation or of which the holders of such Collateral Obligation are the beneficiaries.

  • Trade Instruments means any performance bonds, or advance payment bonds or documentary letters of credit issued in respect of the obligations of any member of the Group arising in the ordinary course of trading of that member of the Group.

  • Principal Trading Market means the Trading Market on which the Common Stock is primarily listed on and quoted for trading, which, as of the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date, shall be the Nasdaq Capital Market.

  • Margin Trading for CFD trading shall mean Leverage trading when the Client may make Transactions having less funds on the Client Account in comparison with the Transaction Size.

  • CREFC® Payment Posting Instructions Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Payment Posting Instructions Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • trading book means all positions in financial instruments and commodities held by an institution either with trading intent or in order to hedge positions held with trading intent;

  • Trading Access means the right granted to a Person to send RFQs or place Orders and/or enter into transactions for certain or all Swaps to the SEF Platform or execute Swaps subject to the BSEF Rules.

  • Non-Trading Operation means any operation involving the deposit of funds, withdrawal from a Client's Account or the provision (return) of Credit.

  • Compliance Declaration means a compliance declaration substantially in the form set out in Schedule F;
