Support Time definition

Support Time for WordPress website Services means the time spent assisting the Customer with issues related to the Software outside the scope of the Proposal, or following project sign-off. It includes administration time related to the issue, including but not limited to the time taken to log details of telephone calls;
Support Time means the sum total of the hours or fractions of hours one or more persons affiliated with Twocanoes spend in providing Support Services to a Customer under this Agreement.

  • Disclosure Time means, (i) if this Agreement is signed on a day that is not a Trading Day or after 9:00 a.m. (New York City time) and before midnight (New York City time) on any Trading Day, 9:01 a.m. (New York City time) on the Trading Day immediately following the date hereof, unless otherwise instructed as to an earlier time by the Placement Agent, and (ii) if this Agreement is signed between midnight (New York City time) and 9:00 a.m. (New York City time) on any Trading Day, no later than 9:01 a.m. (New York City time) on the date hereof, unless otherwise instructed as to an earlier time by the Placement Agent.

  • Up time means the time period when specified services with specified technical and service standards are available to user(s)
