Support Services Term definition

Support Services Term means each twelve (12) month period beginning on the date the Software is delivered by OT to Licensee (which may be accomplished by making the Software available by electronic download) or the anniversary thereof.

Support Services Term means the term for the Support Services set forth in Item 3.1.0 of this Supplement XXII, which shall be for the period from October 1, 2008 through [***].

Support Services Term means the duration of the Term as defined in the Subscription Right.

Examples of Support Services Term in a sentence

• OT may invoice Licensee for Fees and Taxes upon delivery of Software and annually in advance for the applicable Support Services Term.

• For avoidance of doubt, Customer shall have the right to renew the Support Services Term for so long as the licenses granted under this Agreement remain in effect and all provisions of this Agreement relating to support will remain in full force and effect for the duration of the Support Services Term.

More Definitions of Support Services Term

Support Services Term means each twelve (12) month period beginning on the date the Covered Software is delivered by OT to Licensee (which may be accomplished by making the Covered Software available by electronic download) or the anniversary thereof.

Support Services Term means the first year after the Effective Date of the Agreement and a related Order, plus any respective renewal terms.

Support Services Term means the annual or other period for which a customer has paid applicable support fees to Swift, thereby being entitled to receive support services under this Agreement, and more particularly, these Starling Maintenance and Support Services terms.

Support Services Term has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 9.1(c).

Support Services Term means the period of time commencing upon the Effective Date of the Agreement and continuing until otherwise terminated as provided for in the Agreement.

Support Services Term means the length of time listed in a quote or ordering document during which Qumulo will provide Support Services for the Software and/or Hardware.

Support Services Term means the term for the services set forth in Supplement XVIII, which shall be for the period from November 15, 2007 through [**].
