Support Service Fees definition

Support Service Fees means the fees payable to the Contractor for supplying the Support Services to the Customer Site(s) specified in the Order, which may be on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis or any other term that is specified in the Order.

Examples of Support Service Fees in a sentence

  • Continue to pay all Enterprise Support Service Fees in accordance with the Agreement and this Schedule.

Related to Support Service Fees

  • Service Fees means all fees payable by Party B to Party A pursuant to Article 3 of this Agreement in respect of the Services provided by Party A.
