Support Body definition

Support Body means the government department, authority or agency or other body which has received funds from Healthway so that it can support the implementation of the health promotion strategy outlined in the Partnership Implementation Plan;

Related to Support Body

  • approved body means a body standing approved of for the purposes of section 6 of the Act of 1992;

  • NHS Body has the meaning given to it in section 275 of the National Health Service Act 2006 as amended by section 138(2)(c) of Schedule 4 to the Health and Social Care Act 2012;

  • licensing body means any body that licenses or regulates any profession;

  • Dead body means a lifeless human body or such parts of a human body or the bones thereof from the state of which it reasonably may be concluded that death recently occurred.

  • Support Request means a request for assistance received by Blackboard's Service Desk and/or Service Desk Infrastructure from an Authorized User, such as any answered phone call, answered email, or answered chat.
